Translation Services Refund Policy​

Welcome to Swift Translation Centre, a premier provider of professional translation services. We value your trust and strive to ensure the highest level of satisfaction with our services. The following outlines our Refund Policy which has been developed in compliance with the consumer protection laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Refund Eligibility

Incorrect Translation:

If you receive a final translated document that is not accurate, please notify us within five (5) business days of receipt. We will review the document, and if an error on our part is confirmed, we will rectify the mistake at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

Cancellation by Client:

If you need to cancel your translation request, the following conditions apply:

  • More than 48 hours before the translation process begins: Full refund minus any transaction fees.
  • Within 24-48 hours before the translation process begins: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before the translation process begins or after it has started: No refund will be provided.

Process for Requesting a Refund

1. Notification:

Communicate your refund request by emailing or calling. Please include your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.

2. Evaluation:

We will evaluate your request, which may involve comparing the original and translated documents. An assessment will be made to verify whether the terms for a refund have been met.

3. Response:

We will communicate our decision within ten (10) business days. If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process promptly.

4. Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.

Limitation of Refund Amount

Refunds are limited to the amount paid for the service and do not cover consequential losses or damages that might have arisen from the use of the translated document.

Non-refundable Services

Certain services, such as rush fees, are non-refundable once the project deadline has been agreed upon and efforts to expedite the project have commenced.
