Refund Eligibility
Incorrect Translation:
If you receive a final translated document that is not accurate, please notify us within five (5) business days of receipt. We will review the document, and if an error on our part is confirmed, we will rectify the mistake at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
Cancellation by Client:
If you need to cancel your translation request, the following conditions apply:
- More than 48 hours before the translation process begins: Full refund minus any transaction fees.
- Within 24-48 hours before the translation process begins: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before the translation process begins or after it has started: No refund will be provided.
